Who is Alison Dee?

I'm Alison, a Sales & Business Mentor, and I help women make more sales, unapologetically as themselves.
I've been running Dee-Lightful Living® for almost seven years, initially working as a life coach before moving into business coaching in 2024. I'm an ICF-trained coach, NLP Master Practitioner, certified Business Strategist and triple-certified Trauma-Informed Coach, with 18 professional certifications spanning business and a range of coaching modalities, including NLP, trauma-informed practice, mindfulness and manifestation.
So when I tell you I believe being YOU is your superpower, I'm not talking about throwing strategy out of the window and just doing whatever feels nice.
Quite the opposite.
I believe you deserve to understand the WHY behind business and sales strategy well enough to make informed decisions about HOW you want to use it - taking into account your personality, strengths, values, capacity, circumstances and the way you naturally communicate and connect.
Because I spent 14 years believing that being good at sales meant following scripts, pushing through discomfort and doing things that made my stomach churn.
These days, I know you don't need to become somebody else to be good at business.
I'm not anti-sales. I'm definitely not anti-money. I want women to make bloody good money from their businesses. I just don't believe they should have to sell their soul, override their instincts or hand somebody else the deciding vote on how they do it.
And that's a huge part of why Connections Community® LIVE exists.
